I'm not very technical, is this easy to do?

Yes, we've created a "plug and play" system. If you can operate a camcorder and use a laptop, you can begin broadcasting right away.

Is the service really LIVE?

Yes, our system streams the video LIVE from your location and makes it available to the viewers "as it happens" and for 30 days after the service.

Where do you view the webcast?

We create a web page specifically for your funeral home where the webcasts can be viewed. Just ask your webmaster to put a link on your website to this page. (We can help if needed!)

Is the service available for anyone to see?

The service can be password protected if the family wishes or it can be available to everyone.

How long does it take to get setup and start webcasting?

We can ship out your equipment immediately and you can
begin broadcasting the day you get your equipment.

What if the funeral isn't at our chapel?

Our system is a portable webcasting system allowing you to webcast from any location with an internet connection. If the location of the funeral does not have internet, you will simply record the funeral and upload it after the service. It will be available for 30 days following the service.
